Which is the Best Bible Translation?

If you want to study the Bible, people often ask which translation is the best. There really isn’t an answer for this, but it is mostly a personal preference.

The most recognized version for public use has been the King James Bible, however for teaching or pulpit purposes it may be different.

However the following Bibles are known to be the closest in Greek or Hebrew language translation.

The New King James is the top one used, followed by the NAS (New American Standard), ESV (English Standard Version) or the RSV (Revised Standard Version).

Many use the Amplified translation although it is a bit wordy to follow along with during oral reading.
You are blessed if you have a variety of translations, but on behalf of those who don’t have one, would you consider giving into Living Legacy Gift Bible? By giving a Living Legacy Gift Bible  you help us place a Bible in the hands of a pastor, Bible teacher, adult or child.
